In a nutshell:

We’re in search of a Project Manager to join Chapel as a permanent member of staff. As a client-facing role, it will require you to take on the coordination and completion of all projects on time, within budget and to scope. You will be responsible for managing our growing team and stakeholder list. You must be able to handle a fast paced environment and a collaborative culture. Motivating everyone to create work we’re proud to put the Chapel name to is key.

What the role entails:

● Supporting our accounts director on our biggest accounts

● Managing varying projects from proposal to delivery

● Acting as a key point of contact for all stakeholders

● Overseeing inhouse and commissioned creative teams

● Assigning responsibilities to get the best out of every brief

● Generating proposals, time plans, SOWs and POs

● Managing budget trackers and monitoring progression

● Liaising with clients regularly to maintain an efficient workflow

● Identifying and managing risks to ensure delivery is on time

● Organising and leading in/external meetings including WIPs

Your experience and knowledge:

● You’re no stranger to this role or industry, but you still have a desire to learn

● Ideally, you have experience using collaboration tools e.g. Monday, Slack & Trello
