About the role
We’re looking for a Project Manager / Creative Producer to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with 2 – 3 years’ agency experience who understands how creative projects move from brief to delivery.
You’ll collaborate with a range of clients, supporting the smooth running of the creative projects, managing timelines and budgets and helping our team do their best work. The role is hybrid, with a strong in-studio presence to support collaboration, production and momentum.

What you’ll do
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of our projects
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules and resourcing
- Act as a key point of contact between our clients and our team
- Write and manage briefs, timings, and deliverables
- Track scopes, budgets, timelines and change requests
- Support print and production workflows, from artwork handover through to delivery
- Help plan and manage photoshoots and film shoots, including schedules, suppliers and logistics
- Coordinate feedback, reviews and approvals
- Identify risks early and flag issues clearly and constructively
- Support the founders and our creative team as projects scale
What we’re looking for
- 2 – 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager, Producer or similar role within a design or branding agency
- Strong understanding of creative workflows, including branding, design and production
- Experience with print production (specs, artwork handover, suppliers)
- Experience supporting or running photoshoots and/or film shoots
- Confident, clear communicator with clients and internal teams
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple projects
- Calm, practical approach to problem-solving
- Experience using project management tools (e.g. Notion or similar)
