Junior Designer

Mytton Williams is an established, independent and multi award-winning brand and design studio, working with national and international clients.

We’re looking for an ambitious graphic designer to join our friendly team in the beautiful city of Bath.

The Role

This is a creative role for an ambitious junior designer. You will be joining our small, friendly team and will be a key player in helping us create and deliver great work for our clients.

Skills & responsibilities

You will:

Work closely with and support the team with taking designs and artwork from their conception to sign-off and delivery.

Explore creative concepts and share back with the team

Work directly with clients, join creative meetings and be part of the creative process.

Help extend creative concepts and brand guidelines into a wide range of deliverables, from motion to exhibitions.

Help create digital and print artwork, assets and templates.

Manage and update our case study and asset libraries.

We're looking for:

2-5 years of experience.

A team player.

Accuracy and attention to detail, along with excellent typography skills.

Good understanding of brand guidelines.

Retouching skills and visualising techniques.

Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programmes.

Digitally savvy.

Able to build relationships with clients.

Someone who shares our values (we’re going for B-Corp certification).
