Roll Studio is looking for a Business and Partnership Development Manager to join their team in London, who can identify and build strong, lasting strategic relationships with new and existing partners in the industry.

About You:

You will run the pipeline of prospects, being responsible for developing and signing new partnership agreements. You will identify and own new business and partnership opportunities, and manage the process from initial sales meetings, qualification of the opportunity, bringing the solution team together, helping determine the partnership opportunity through to signature. This role would suit someone who is commercially motivated, can structure and develop strategic plans to support the exponential growth of the business.

The work we undertake varies from web and app builds, AR/VR, interactive installations and data visualisation projects.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Lead in identifying new partnership opportunities
  • Build, manage, and grow new strategic partnerships and leverage existing and past partner relationships
  • Reach out to new partners, conduct presentations for prospective partners, negotiate deals and agreements and account manage those agreements
  • Onboard partners and maximise the likelihood of a long term and beneficial partnership
  • Work with the wider team to lead the discovery process and help create tailored solutions
  • Own forecasts and track named strategic partners metrics
  • Communicate and report to key C-level stakeholders progress of ongoing deals and forecast of future opportunities
  • Work with our leadership team to help provide market feedback and help shape our propositions and overall offer to the market
  • Suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Oversee the implementation of agreements

You should be able to demonstrate:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Development, driving B2B opportunities and exceeding targets
  • Flawless English language ability with outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent business acumen, and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm for the potential application of new technologies and innovation
  • Experience in fast-paced work environments
  • A positive, proactive, solutions-focused approach and a team mentality, willing to roll-up your sleeves and get stuck into the detail when needed
  • Ability to lead and mentor
  • Experience within a tech/fintech company is a plus
