Job Description

Overview

Creative Lives in Progress is an inclusive creative careers resource, on a mission to transform the way emerging talent access, understand and connect with the industry.

We encourage greater transparency and representation within the creative working world by sharing advice and insight, highlighting entry-level opportunities, as well as hosting events that bring talent and industry together.

We do this all with the help of our Company Partners, companies who care about the future of the creative industry and whose support makes everything we do possible. In return we help our partners reach, understand and connect with emerging talent. Some of our partners include Google and DixonBaxi.

With that in mind, we are now looking for a super-efficient, confident communicator and proactive individual to come onboard and support us as a Midweight Project & Account Manager full-time.

You’ll work closely with our Project & Account Management team across our Company Partnerships. This will include building and maintaining relationships with our Company Partners, supporting the delivery of our company partner package and working closely with our events and editorial team to project manage our Company Partner content.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Project & Account Management team on the development and delivery of company partner strategy and package.

Onboarding and setting up new Company Partners, and supporting them throughout the partnership.

Working with the Project & Account Management team to build relationships with new Company Partners, and maintaining long-term relationships with our existing ones – specifically managing relationships with our small and medium-tier partners.

Be the point of contact and support for Company Partners regarding any recruitment campaigns listed on the Opportunities Board.

Provide our Company Partners with ongoing support on operational tasks, such as listing an opportunity, updating their company profile page and providing advice and guidance on our educational resources.

Support on project management for our Company Partner Plus content and digital events. This Includes liaising between the editorial and event project teams.

Highlight and encourage opportunities for our Company Partners to engage and support emerging talent.

Contribute and support the production of our Company Partner monthly package.

Record and report Company Partner engagement and impact.

Support on invoicing and reconciliation of Company Partner finances

Ensure our sales materials are up to date at all times.

Maintain the identity and values of the business publicly and represent the business where necessary online or in-person.
