Birch is an agency that specialises in creative content production and artist management. Founded in 2009, Birch is not structured like many other agencies; we’re small, agile and we take pride in delivering innovative solutions to forward-thinking clients.

We operate within the fields of lifestyle and luxury, collaborating with an ever growing global network of exceptional creatives to resource our projects. We specialise in creating editorial, photographic and video content for print, social and integrated campaigns. Our clients include Albini 1876, Rolls-Royce, Ralph Lauren Home, Tommy Hilfiger and Way of Life.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Birch is seeking a highly-organised and enthusiastic Creative Producer to work directly alongside our Founder, James Allen. They will be an integral part of the company’s tight knit network of experienced creatives, strategists and artists under management.

Liaising with all company touch-points, as Creative Producer you’ll help to scope our briefs and provide support from conception to delivery on a huge range of projects from campaigns to editorial content, alongside other operational strands such as organising collaborations, diaries, budgets and briefings.

The role will require you to:

  • Be the first-line representative of the studio to clients - ensuring expectations are set and understood by the client and all agreed deliverables are achieved
  • Attend internal and external meetings, taking notes when required
  • Take ownership for all assigned projects and their day-to-day supervision – keeping them on strategy, on time and on budget
  • Attend shoots (both in the UK and abroad) and manage edits, feedback and amends
  • Manage internal processes, timings, scheduling, briefing creatives, approvals and finance

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to step up and take on more responsibility; you will work closely with and learn from a close network of highly experienced senior creatives from the get-go.

We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can jump between several projects running in tandem and be a true collaborator with a keen eye for detail. We don’t work from a traditional studio, so you’ll be comfortable with hybrid working and with taking different working environments in your stride. Whether working from home, a co-working space or an aeroplane, you’ll be excited about producing high-qualiy, impactful content for our clients, and have the following skillset:
