Lemon Yellow is an identity design studio founded in Miami with offices in Chicago and London. Known above all else for clean, logical design, our work stems from a shared love of classic modernist design principles applied in novel and unexpected ways. We specialize in branding and design, creating thoughtful, meaningful work that speaks clearly, concisely, and compellingly. For us, design is about refining, perfecting, and ensuring that everything has a purpose.

The Role

We’re looking for a designer with 2+ years of experience who thrives working across a diverse range of projects, including branding, print design, and digital, for an equally diverse range of clients—from small independent organizations to medium-sized brands.

What We’re Looking For

Ideally, you’ll possess the following skills and qualities:

• Creativity: Ability to generate great ideas and execute them beautifully.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Motion a plus!
• Grids and Layouts: Strong ability to work with grids and creating clean design.
• Attention to Detail: Thoroughness and obsessive focus on every detail.
• Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with our multidisciplinary team.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability: Flexibility with hours of work based on project needs.
