UX Designer
Job Description
We are currently seeking a UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer at TMWUnlimited, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience for our clients' digital products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

What you will do......
- Discovery research (desk, comparator reviews, working with analytics and SEO to define opportunities)
- Be involved in planning and running workshops and interactive sessions to get the most out of clients, colleagues and users.
- Experience Auditing – content and UX review
- A development– creating sitemaps, taxonomy that meets user and SEO requirements
- User journey mapping
- Working with UI to concept and refine ideas
- Wireframing & prototyping in Figma using existing libraries and designing bespoke modules
- Working with dev team to define a functional spec for modules / components
- Be adept at spotting opportunities to leverage existing projects, or propose new projects and revenue streams for the agency.
- Contribute to our approach to UX design and research, feeding into the development of our overall process.
- Make connections across the diverse agency team and be a strong advocate of user-centered design.
- Consistently deliver a high standard of UX design across a range of channels and deliverables.
What you will need to succeed
- Significant commercial experience in a similar level UX role, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
- Highly competent in Figma – Able to set up flexible components, work with auto layout and create prototype’s
- Excellent collaboration skills, working with people in a wide range of roles including planners, UI designers, developers, data analysts, art directors, writers etc
- The ability to work autonomously on smaller projects
- A proven record of adding value to a wide range of projects through original design thinking.
- A wide variety of tools, techniques and methodologies available to you and be confident in tailoring your approach to each client and project.
- Highly Diligence / organized / proactive
- Comfortable being in front of client and presenting / justifying work
- The gravitas and credibility to engender trust, respect and confidence from colleagues and clients alike.
It would also be great, but not necessary, if you have experience in:
- F2F user research from quick and dirty coffee shop tests to more formal lab-based studies
- AI tools such as Relume
- Jira / confluence
