This is an opportunity for a future-thinking creative to craft the creative strategy of an innovative lifestyle brand and build a creative team to inspire people to change the way they consume.
The ideal candidate will bring an entrepreneurial mindset to a creative company, and be excited to own and explore diverse creative, whether it’s a new product launch, developing a store direction for physical retail or launching Re_Work - a limited run of repaired and restored garments.
Reporting directly to the brand founders with graphic design and copy support and working alongside content and marketing, the role will include, but not be limited to:
Developing creative, design and media strategy from concept to delivery. This will spread across digital channels and print but extend to key projects such as shaping the creative for our retail rollout working with leading design partners.
Campaign creative and design
Crafting innovative creative campaigns across all our marketing - including ideation, visuals, and graphic design. This will range from regular brand touch points to larger launches like Re_Fresh - a laundry tablet that we developed this year to completely rejuvenate worn clothes
Combining inspiring storytelling with exciting visuals, working with photographers and videographers on key campaign shoots, such as the launch of our collaboration with a challenger whisky brand - the world’s largest producer of organic and biodynamic whiskies
As creative lead you will be responsible for ensuring that every touch point expresses our brand ethos “With Less Do More” in a consistent and exciting manner.
Ideal requirements include:
- A track record of creating powerful creative
- A portfolio of diverse digital graphic design across multiple channels
- An ability to juggle projects and work to tight deadlines
- Experience managing a team
- Creative contacts/potential collaborators such as art directors/photographers
- Have worked in a smaller, high growth e-commerce business (bonus)
- Full time role
