Who we’re looking for
You’ll need at least 3 years of Graphic Design experience for this role.
We’re looking for a great collaborator who’s excited to share ideas internally and with our clients. You’ll be an adaptable designer who’s passionate about how customer journeys, design and brand narratives interact with one another.
You will be an influential part of our project team, responsible for developing creative ideas that shine from pitch to practical delivery. Our ideal candidate is proactive, dependable and passionate about how brands can come to life in two and three dimensions.
We’d love someone with strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to challenge our creative approach when needed with logic and sensitivity. And last but not least, you’ll be able to deliver quality work on time and on budget.
Your skillset
• Minimum 3 years experience
• A strong design portfolio demonstrating your work (we’ll ask you to talk through these examples in an interview)
• Experience in brand creation and applying brands to physical spaces
• A good understanding of how to build presentations that tell a story around your work
• Ability to inspire others with design and present concepts concisely – to our own team and to clients
• Proactive with a hunger to learn
• A base level understanding of how strategy influences design
• Confidence to adapt and challenge briefs and concepts to make them stronger
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, and any other applications that help to create your work.
Salary Expectations:
£28,000 - £38,000 based on experience
