We’re looking for a Senior Creative, a confident, strategic thinker with exceptional craft, originality, and leadership. Someone who can translate insight into inspiring creative, guide others with clarity, and deliver polished, category-leading work with minimal oversight.
The Role
As a Senior Creative, you’ll take creative ownership of projects from concept to delivery — leading thinking, shaping design direction, and ensuring the work not only meets but exceeds expectations.
You’ll generate bold, insight-led ideas that connect strategy with creative impact, driving excellence across identity, packaging, campaigns, and activations.
You’ll be trusted to lead client conversations, mentor midweight and junior creatives, and ensure all output meets Wonderworks’ exacting standards for clarity, quality, and originality.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the creative voice of leading drinks brands — and the Wonderworks portfolio.
What You’ll Do
• Take ownership of key projects, developing strong, strategically grounded creative concepts.
• Generate bold, original ideas that respond to briefs with confidence and clarity.
• Translate brand strategy and insight into compelling, on-brief design solutions across identity, packaging, campaigns, and activations.
• Deliver polished, best-in-class creative across touchpoints, ensuring consistency, craft, and impact.
• Present and justify creative ideas clearly, articulating both strategic thinking and design intent.
• Challenge and refine briefs to elevate creative outcomes and originality.
• Review and mentor the work of midweight and junior creatives, ensuring alignment with Wonderworks’ creative standards.
• Lead or co-lead presentations, shaping narratives that inspire client confidence and engagement.
• Balance creative ambition with timelines and budgets to deliver efficiently and effectively.
• Stay ahead of trends in drinks, design, and culture, bringing fresh perspective to every project.
What We’re Looking For
• 5–8 years’ experience in a design or creative agency.
• With experience with drinks, FMCG, or lifestyle brands. Proficiency in translating ideas into cross channel creative (BTL and ATL).
• A portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, creative leadership, and refined execution across formats.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and understanding of After Effects.
• Efficiency creating quality documents in PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to lead creative projects with confidence and minimal oversight.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills — both visual and verbal.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to mentor junior team members constructively.
• A balance of creative flair, strategic insight, and commercial awareness.
• Genuine passion for drinks brands and category innovation.
