Job Description

MOTION DESIGNER

As a Motion Designer you are someone who’s looking to make an impact, and play a key role in making rich, moving experiences for our clients. You thrive in a fast paced environment and are able to execute at speed. You can adapt your working approach and style from 2D motion graphics, to 3D animation and short form video editing projects, and are keen to get involved and contribute at multiple stages of the creative process - collaborating with creatives and designers.

You believe there’s a meaning and a purpose behind every animated action and key frame but you are also open to new ideas and ways of thinking - experimenting and challenging your own work is second nature.

Our portfolio spans identities, campaigns, motion narratives and digital innovation, so you’ll need to think holistically and have a broad creative curiosity. You’ll be part of a wider team supporting Seniors and Leads, but will also need to show initiative and self-motivation to work independently when required. You’ll guide more junior members of the studio and inspire the whole team with your work. You’ll be comfortable maintaining an ego-free environment and approach all feedback positively and collaboratively.

– Be able to manage your time across multiple motion projects, and deliver to different timescales
