About You

We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Shopper Marketing Manager to join the marketing team at Minor Figures. You’ll bring a wealth of experience in growing brands in the FMCG space, specifically in the start-up/scale-up space.

In this incredibly important role, you will be the link between marketing & sales, you will own how the Minor Figures brand shows up in our retail, OOH and coffee customers. As well owning the activations, working with our in-house creative team daily, this role will also dive into the ROI of activations and feed learnings back to the business.

Working alongside the design, activation and e-comm teams this role is vital is creating a consistent brand across our brand touchpoints, from existing product lines to NPD.

Roles and responsibilities

Manage the sales activity plan, ensuring during our promo periods we’re activating the Minor Figures in a disruptive & engaging way – paying close attention to retail and coffee.

Working with the UK Brand Manager, you will manage and activate the master shopper activity plan, from budget allocation to signing off campaign plans with external partners.

Campaign management across key activation periods, for example – are we incrementally increasing penetration during & after promo/campaign periods?

Manage the roll out of NPD launches in the UK market, working closely with the sales team to create a compelling selling story, launch activation plan and on-going support.

Own our POS inventory, trackers and reporting as we activate in the UK & Ireland markets.

Contribute to regular brainstorming sessions with our Creative Directors and the wider team.

Work collaboratively with the various teams across the organisation in the UK, Australia, and the US.

Push boundaries and help take Minor Figures to places we haven’t been before.
