We need a dynamic, creative sales and marketing executive to join the small multidisciplinary marketing function within our creative consultancy. You will have access to a talented team and a wealth of content you can use to build your own campaigns. We will also send you on our courses to learn the language of innovation and service design, ready to promote our training and consultancy to leading companies.

Job description
Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Reporting to: Operations Director
1. What you will be doing
Coordinating, generating and delivering sales, marketing, and advertising initiatives across both our design consultancy and training academy.
Your focus will be on promoting the training courses and sales, researching,
and identifying potential new clients for the academy and running promotional marketing and sales campaigns. You will report to the Operations Director,
and work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager and Customer Relationship Co-ordinator.
1.1 Sales (60% of your time or 3 days per week)
• Pro-active business development. Research, identify and secure new leads who are looking for in-house and bespoke courses and training programmes.
• Work with the senior team, to open, follow-up and develop key leads and contacts and cultivate a sales pipeline, including attending our events and networking.
• Maintain accurate, up to date records on our CRM system. Knowledge of HubSpot is desirable but not essential.
• Manage sales pipeline for our open course programme in collaboration with the Customer Relations Coordinator.
1.2 Marketing (40% of your time or 2 days per week)
• Manage and maintain campaigns on social media, to be developed with the Digital Marketing Manager.
• Manage organic and paid promotions across the business on digital media
e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, GoogleAds etc.
• Manage creative campaigns for programmes and projects which will include a wide variety of media and channels e.g. videography, photography and podcasts.
• Maintain and develop a library of materials and assets for sales purposes, including course prospectuses.
• Provide accurate, regular reporting on marketing campaigns and budgets.
2. Skills and Experience
The role will suit someone who has experience in sales and creating sales content. It would be an advantage if this was within a training organisation or relatable business-to-business environment. You will need to be detail oriented and able to communicate complex ideas simply.
2.1 Essential
• A degree or similar qualification or experience in Sales and Marketing
• Proven ability and track record creating publishable written and visual content in a previous role
• The ability to write clear, concise, well-structured copy in a short time frame – hours or days rather than weeks
• Experience in researching and landing qualified B2B business development leads
• Evidence of excellent verbal communication skills and the confidence to contribute to business development
• Experience in Hubspot or similar CRM software
On the above we would expect evidence of +3 years of experience
2.2 Desirable
• Knowledge of Design Thinking and innovation
• Videography, photography, and podcast creation
3. Remuneration & benefits
This is a full-time role with an annual salary between £35,000 - £40,000 based on experience. Benefits include:
• Flexitime core studio hours 10:00 – 16:00 Monday – Friday
• 37.5-hour work week
• Hybrid work: 2 days in studio, 3 days remote

• The studio closes between Christmas and New Year, and these days are additional paid leave, on top of the 25 days annual leave and 8 Bank holidays

4. Location
Hybrid work, allowing you to work remotely for up to 3 days per week.
Two days a week you will be working with the rest of the team at our studio in London SW18 5JS, United Kingdom. The space is attractive with facilities including a shower, bike parking, meeting rooms and communal kitchen.
