Account Project Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Account Project Manger to join the Evermore team at our East London studio. The Account Project Manager will be responsible for managing all wholesale and private clients, delivering water-tight projects from brief to delivery. The ideal candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different areas of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Management of private label and wholesale accounts
- Excellent client communication and strong relationship building
- Identify new business leads for both wholesale, corporate and bespoke projects
- Responsible for quotes, schedules, budgets and briefs
- Supplier management - raise orders and track progress
- Resource management - scheduling of studio time with support from Studio Production Coordinator
- Conduct staff training for wholesale clients when needed
- Support and manage the studio production team
- General business administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Educated to a degree level
- Comfortable working independently as part of a small team
- 4+ years’ experience in a relevant role
- Strong financial understanding
- Experience with Xero, Notion, Excel
- A self-starter who is comfortable setting up ways of working
- A great communicator with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Proficient using a Mac – Abode suite experience beneficial
- A keen interest and/or experience within the home fragrance or beauty industries preferred
