About us: At ProblemShared we believe everyone has the right to quality mental healthcare. We are a full-service mental healthcare platform, delivering sessions and assessments via a secure video consultation technology.

Our Community: We bring together a network of counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and other practitioner experts in specialist areas of mental health to help meet rising demand for talk therapy and psychiatric support. We pride ourselves in being able to offer the highest quality of clinical care and are CQC regulated.

Our Customers: We partner with institutions e.g. insurers, GPs, universities, corporates to modernise the provision of mental health and alleviate suffering. As well as offering general therapy to the public.

We are expanding quickly and are looking for skilled professionals who can help us innovate in the rapidly growing field of telehealth. We want a colleague who can lead on campaigns from conception to completion, helping to support the CMO in shaping the direction of the brand. The role demands interaction with a range of people both internally and externally so being organised, managing timelines and the ability to juggle multiple projects at different phases of their life cycle is key. You will be leading on the social media strategy and implementation, so a strong track record in developing digital content together with a thirst for insights to help grow and develop ProblemShared’s social presence.

Determination, creativity, and initiative skills will be key, as is the ability to collaborate and flexibly support a growing organisation. Your role requires the ability to think and act independently, recognise where issues require escalating quickly and to be flexible and open to taking on new and varied tasks as and when they arise. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for the cause, a commitment to working hard and a determination to achieve our targets in the years ahead.

What will you do?

Marketing & Brand Campaign/Project Management

• Support the CMO to deliver successful marketing campaigns that drive the business goals

• End to end management of campaigns and initiatives, including partnering with key stakeholders to drive the strategy, developing creative assets, tracking, and reporting results and ongoing optimisation to ultimately drive bookings

• Help develop clear positioning and compelling messaging for new products, building an evidence based rationale

• Monitoring and analysis of campaigns to refine and generate status reports for senior management team

• Manage and track budgets

• Spearhead ideation and production of content including eBooks, infographics, video content, podcasts, webinars and blog posts; effectively work with partners to develop content ensuring on-brand messaging, tone of voice and effective A/B testing approach

• You are curious and seek new challenges, learn new tools and techniques

• Create and manage content calendar, planning, production and perform regular content audits for gap analysis

• Ensure content marketing deliverables are consistent with our brand voice, style and tone

• Respond and adapt quickly to changes in the industry or business priorities to evolve strategies and projects accordingly

• Present creative, strategies and results to senior stakeholders as well as the wider team

• Expand knowledge of the future of mental health to ensure we keep ahead of trends

Social

• Devise digital marketing strategy and oversee content calendars, community management, editorial, tone of voice, crisis management and communication strategy

• Plan and performance track our SEO/PPC campaigns with our external agency, helping to evolve the delivery of our campaigns both organic and paid

• Thrive in your understanding and use of social media platforms, including the use of social listening and community management tools

• Lead on influencer marketing relationship strategy, working with content creators, building relationships and implementing them into campaigns

• Directing and producing content for digital and social – be that directly producing it or proof reading, tweaking, mending and up levelling content where necessary

• Plan and execute organic and paid social media for B2C and B2B

• Manage all blog activity (external writing sources available)

• Identify and drive link building with relevant sources and partners

• Partner with designers or skill up to create the social assets (Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator)

Communication

• Can do positive approach, a collaborative style and skills in identifying creative solutions to challenges

• The ability to operate independently with a high level of accountability and earn trust at all levels through excellent communication

• Great communicator, as a remote business it is crucial that you can build collaborative relationships easily

• You have incredible resilience and grit, you’re a doer. You feel comfortable getting your hands dirty while never losing sight of the long-term ambition

Data Driven

• Research, identify and consider market trends and competitive analysis to identify future initiatives and opportunities; share relevant external best practise

• Analysis and reporting on social media activity, providing insights, results and recommendations

• Creativity, innovation, and data-driven learning can be combined to create extraordinary content

• Get excited about using data to measure how your actions contribute to customer engagement, acquisitions, and retention to constantly improve results

• Analyse website traffic and SEO and communication trends to uncover content opportunities for ProblemShared to position itself as a trusted thought leader

• Drive experiments to continuously improve efficacy and efficiency of marketing tactics

Experience & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in associated discipline

• 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous project priorities requiring frequent communication, organisation, time management and problem-solving skills

• Fluency in English is mandatory

• Good knowledge of PPC & SEO

• Obsessed with customer experience and activity that drives sales

• Results orientated, with great initiative to ‘make things happen’, resourceful and passionate driver of results they are proud of

• Graphic design capabilities prefered e.g. Figma, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

Where You’ll Work:

ProblemShared is a remote UK basedbusiness, and we have no central office. As a result, the team all work from home (or other suitable locations) so you will need to be comfortable with this as a working environment and have reliable internet connection.
