Now, we’re looking for a Social Media & Marketing Content Creator to join us on this journey.
The Role
This is a brand-new role for a creative thinker with a flair for content, a strong design sensibility, and a love for sport. You’ll be responsible for planning and producing compelling content across client and Conductor channels — from social media and email newsletters to journal posts and campaign decks.
Working closely with our creative team, you’ll lead strategy, ideation, and execution for marketing content that builds brand presence, sparks engagement, and tells meaningful stories. Whether you’re dreaming up Instagram Reels, writing engaging copy, or preparing decks for clients — you’ll be creating content that wows.
You Are
- A confident, collaborative content creator with 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content, or social media.
- Skilled at writing, editing, and shaping visual stories that align with brand tone and purpose.
- Passionate about cycling, running, and endurance sports — you know the language, the culture, the community.
- Comfortable managing your own projects, presenting to clients, and building relationships with confidence and clarity.
- Organised, proactive, and bursting with ideas — especially ones that connect brands with audiences in new ways.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and produce content for email newsletters, websites, and social media channels.
- Develop and manage a clear content calendar aligned with campaign moments and client needs.
- Create and present strategic content plans, decks, and ideas for internal and client campaigns.
- Work across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and more — shaping channel-specific creative.
- Brief and collaborate with designers to bring your concepts to life.
- Engage with client communities — responding to comments, fostering conversations.
- Track performance and define key KPIs for content and campaign success.
- Stay on the pulse of cultural and platform trends — especially in cycling, sport and lifestyle.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a content/marketing/social role in a creative environment
- Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling and campaign ideation skills
- Familiarity with social scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Hootsuite)
- Basic editing or content capture skills (Reels, Stories, etc.)
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
- Able to brief and collaborate with designers to create engaging social content
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills
- A keen interest in cycling, running and the world of endurance sport
The Details
You’ll be working from our Central London studio and work closely with the Creative Director. We start at 9.30am and finish at 6pm. You will receive 22 days holiday a year plus bank holidays. We also shut the studio between Christmas and New Year.
The Package
- Competitive salary - £32,000 – £36,000
- 2 performance reviews per year with an annual salary review
- 22 days holiday + Christmas studio closure (up to 5 days)
