Mid Weight Designer

We are looking for a skilled mid-weight graphic designer to join our team and help shape our brand's visual identity as we expand.

We are looking for a skilled and creative middle-weight graphic designer with a passion for beauty, wellness, and natural products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of graphic design principles, experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, proficiency in online and offline design, and the ability to edit videos. This is a dynamic role where you will have the opportunity to work on various design projects, including marketing materials, packaging, website design, video, and so on.

Responsibilities:

–Create eye-catching, brand-consistent designs for print and digital platforms, such as social media graphics, banners, newsletters, and promotional materials.

–Create engaging videos for promotional campaigns and social media platforms.

–Maintain and update the company's website, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

–Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to ensure our visual assets are innovative and cutting-edge.

–Assist in creating and maintaining brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design elements and communication channels.

–Coordinate many projects at once, establish effective work priorities, and achieve project deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements:

1. A graphic design degree.

2. Proven professional background as a graphic designer (4-5 years).

3. Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as a great portfolio displaying your design abilities and originality.

4. A thorough knowledge of composition, colour theory, typography, and layout.

5. Experience with video editing software and the ability to create captivating video content.

6. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across various design projects.
