Our services cover the creative spectrum – from truly social-first content creation to turning unseen insights into big campaign ideas. We also never forget the beautiful basics and take pride in crafting product pages or lifestyle shots that truly resonate – for us, every detail matters. Our strategy team works closely with our creative team and client partners, providing data, insights and reporting to influence decisions and boost innovation.

Our team has been continually growing and we’re looking for big thinkers, dot joiners and meaning makers to join us – we have big plans for the future and are looking for ambitious, proactive and versatile social creatives to help us go to the next level.

About the role

Using your expert understanding of social channels, content and audiences, you collaborate with Strategy and Production teams members to produce our Client’s social content – ideating, developing and executing high standard social creative.

As a Social Creative at Not Actual Size, you are immersed in social culture, trends and communities, with a particular eye for social content opportunities. You use editorial, design and production expertise to create and produce best practice, lo-fi social content grounded in strategy and creative/brand guidelines.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creation of engaging social content across platforms (primarily TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest) for our global brand partners including shooting lo-fi content on camera or mobile, editing video, stills, sound and graphic content and copywriting for social-first formats
  • Driving forward social innovation and trending conversations with an in-depth understanding of community and competitors to develop relevant, inspiring creative
  • Presenting ideas, developing storyboards and contributing to creative brainstorm sessions with confidence and clarity
  • Ensuring assets are the highest quality and fit for channel requirements, providing consistent art direction across all content creation and problem solving at every stage – you will be responsible for ensuring delivery of assets to spec with a high attention to detail
  • Safeguarding brand’s visual identity through rigorous application of the approved BVI, ensuring all creative is produced in line with all brand guidelines and TOV.
  • Championing channel health, identifying tactics for growth, optimisation and excellence in the social landscape
  • Working with Account Management team to support and build client relationships with expertise, growing relationships with clients that are open, honest, firm & respected through delivery of high-quality work

About you:

We are looking for a social native content creative, with a minimum of three years experience (ideally agency-side, but not essential), creating and editing social content for global brands.

You are:

  • A hands-on creator, creating and editing eye-catching and engaging social media content across TikTok, Instagram and other key social channels. You are:
  • Comfortable shooting, editing and delivering video content at pace, demonstrating art direction throughout
  • Confident acting and featuring in front of camera for social content, appearing as talent when required
  • A strong social video editor – specifically skilled in After Effects as well as in-platform TikTok & Instagram editing tools and audio libraries
  • A strong social copywriter – maintaining consistency of quality across all creative execution
  • Known for consistently delivering work to a high standard in a fast paced environment – handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • A direct and clear communicator – presenting ideas, collaborating with internal teams or clients. You are able to understand and adapt to internal and Client feedback and any changes in creative direction
  • A natural team player, willing to lead whilst valuing openness and collaboration with all team members
  • Passionate about styling and set design, with an ability to style products, people and props with effective lighting for both video and photography
  • A social listener, constantly looking for new creative and social trends and researching new ways to develop and improve social content and capture
  • Confident in reviewing and interpreting platform analytics and audience needs to inform ongoing content improvements
  • A sideways-thinker; thinking outside the box to discover new ideas and perspectives
