This role entails…

The Digital Content & Viewer Engagement (DCVE) team commissions and produces all output for social media, CRM email & push notifications, websites, apps, podcasts and branded content.

The Planning team is responsible for working with stakeholders across Marketing to answer briefs on behalf of DCVE, setting KPIs, measuring performance and understanding our audiences. This role is designed to ensure we are testing and learning long term as well as from each individual campaign.

You will create and maintain reporting of CRM & digital activity across our programmes, working collaboratively with the Data team to improve our measurement. You will be responsible for collating data, but most importantly delving into the details to translate it into tangible insight which can improve our output for the future.

Key responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly understand ITV’s viewers through data and insight
  • Work with internal and external agencies and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of CRM and Digital Content plans
  • Analyse previous campaign performance and draw meaningful insights which can feed inform and shape subsequent campaigns
  • Use 1st party data as well as 3rd party data to understand and recommend best practice across CRM and social media
  • Set up, test and analyse social listening to bring insight to campaign strategy
  • Update & Iterate all dashboards, including Digital Content dashboards and CRM Health Metrics, bringing and centralising all the data sources
  • Bringing insight weekly to active campaigns and communicate effectively to strategy and content teams
  • Post campaign delve into previous series performance, both in terms of data but also interpretation of data & context and provide recommendations on how to improve performance
  • Track performance of our automated CRM journeys
  • Gaining an understanding of the total user journey for our Hub users
  • Manage forecasting for the team in terms of annual planning and YouTube Revenue
  • Monthly and quarterly performance reporting across the team

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

Minimum role criteria:

  • Ability to translate data into insight and draw actionable conclusions
  • Comfortable working with large data sets
  • Proven experience in a data-led digital marketing environment
  • Previous experience in an customer analysis role
  • Experience using BI/visualisation tools
  • Knowledge of data programming
