Job Description

The Role

  • As a Senior Account Executive you will play a pivotal role in managing our key entertainment and brand clients. A key role within the Feref Client and Production Team – an enthusiastic person who thrives off supporting with client management, briefing and overseeing production of creative content and working across the end-end production of campaigns across social, AV and digital.


  • Taking client briefs and managing all steps to get the work started within the agency - understanding what is required, discussing with Studio Manager & Account Director to agree next steps, budgeting, creating timelines and managing client expectations
  • Owning your own projects including budgeting, scheduling, briefing the required skill set, overseeing the production phases, QC through to delivery
  • Being a strong communicator – building strong rapport with the internal and external team (freelancers) and clients – quickly becoming a safe pair of hands and go-to on the specifics of a client's brand.
  • Problem solving – being the go-to person on a project for creative or client services when there is a challenge – whether it be with client assets not being right or needing to understand the paid media plan/what we need to deliver against – this role will need proactive, quick thinking and a positive can-do attitude
  • Working with creative and/or social team during concepting & development phase and supporting them with sourcing relevant assets/access to tools they might need to deliver against the client brief
  • Providing client timelines and updates on progress – confident in managing their expectations and keeping them updated on any challenges or issues with a positive and proactive approach
  • Managing project burn rate
  • Communicate clearly between teams by delegating tasks and responsibilities on projects you own - from CS to creative to editors and freelancers
  • Be a core member of a cohesive production team, share knowledge and learnings and muck in to support them and business
  • Flexibility and collaboration to support delivery by the team as a whole - show willingness to work at any stage of the project in support of the team's objectives
  • A good eye for detail - you will be required to complete quality assurance tasks on work from peers
  • Social: Ownership of the social production within the agency - formats/specs/safe areas and ensure there are processes in place to deliver the right output on all projects.

What we’re looking for:

  • An approachable and highly organised Senior Account Executive with an enthusiastic nature and a drive for excellence.
  • Someone to be a force behind their accounts and briefs - ensuring the client and internal team are kept up to date on progress and tackling any challenges or hurdles with a positive mindset and collaborative approach.
  • A highly organised individual who can work closely with multiple departments to tackle briefs and challenges and finding solutions.
  • Between 3-5 years experience working for a creative agency - preferably with experience within entertainment and campaign management including AV & Social.
  • An understanding of financial processes as well as campaign life-cycles and agency efficiencies
  • Experience managing 360 campaigns including social and AV.
