1DA is an award-winning, insight-led social agency based in the heart of Shoreditch. We’re a small team of big thinkers who help brands find their voice and purpose in consumers’ lives.

Overview:

We are looking for a Social Creative with a good knowledge of social media channels and a track record of producing and managing content on behalf of brands.

You will be responsible for the planning, production and management of content for some of our clients in Fitness, Beauty and Self Care and Wellbeing. You will report directly to the Senior Management and external partners.

What you will do:

  • Produce and schedule content across client social channels; developing the content independently, with the in-house creative team or using external suppliers
  • Manage day-to-day reactive and proactive communications on all key client social media channels
  • Maintain an editorial calendar in order to proactively produce content appropriate for client social channels
  • Confidently produce insight reports with a focus on data analysis and present these succinctly to Senior Management
  • Gather insights from social communities that inform creative development
  • Liaise with Social Media Influencers and Client Brand Managers

Your Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

  • Flair for copywriting. (this is a must)
  • Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc)
  • An exciting portfolio of past creative projects
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • 1-2 + years of relevant work experience at a digital, social, advertising, marketing agency and/or experience managing social channels for a brand preferably in Fitness, Beauty or Self Care and Wellbeing
  • Experience working on global brands
  • Knowledge of mobile campaigns
  • Natural collaboration and bridge-building skills
  • Passion for social media and brand community-building online, including in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, market trends, best practices, and tools of the trade
