Motion Designer
Job Description
Our story so far
WHO WE ARE
Weirdo is an independent agency founded in 2020 by Louis Persent and Michelle Yeadon. Our aim is to make creative advertising that’s inclusive, representative and shakes up an industry that’s become too safe and predictable.
We work with clients such as Arsenal, Nike and Gymshark.
We are passionate advocates for fairness and equality in advertising and our own experiences have made us resolute in our efforts to build a more responsible and respectful kind of creative company. We welcome applications from all candidates and encourage those from BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ backgrounds to apply. We value attitude, courage and work ethic as much as skills and experience.
WHAT WE DO
We believe original creative work comes from diverse voices working together, and our unique working model ensures we are inclusive by design.
Our team delivers campaigns, content production, design, branding, strategies, media planning, testing and measurement alongside co-creation with our diverse network.
HOW WE WORK
- We are ambitious optimists…and healthy skeptics
- We are uncompromisingly future focused
- We are inspired by the diversity and creativity of audiences
- We believe a more responsible and ethical approach to media isn’t just good, but necessary for our industry to stay relevant
- We are all about the detail
- We teach and learn from each other new things every day
- We are the best at what we do
