Job Summary
We are seeking a candidate experienced in digital and social marketing to join our dynamic team. This is not a traditional digital marketing or performance marketing role; our ideal candidate will be deeply aware of the current social zeitgeist and nascent trends, with a strong background working with culturally-relevant brands in the luxury and sporting lifestyle sectors.
You will play a crucial part in translating creative briefs into executable marketing strategies that resonate globally, working in close collaboration with our creative, strategy, and production teams to develop and execute digital and 360 marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Interpret client briefs to develop and implement comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and engage target audiences and can be executed by global brand teams.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with strategists, creatives, and production teams to bring marketing plans to life, ensuring alignment and cohesion across all channels.
Social Media Expertise: Lead social media initiatives across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and more, creating engaging and innovative content that drives consumer engagement.
Digital Landscape Understanding: Incorporate a range of digital marketing channels, including brand own channels like eCommerce platforms, newsletters, apps and membership.
Informed: Up to date on fashion, pop-culture, music and the arts.
Integrated Marketing Execution: Develop strategy for integrated social and digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, activation plans, roll-outs, and consumer-facing messaging.
Guidance Development: Create and manage the content for big brand market guidance, including developing Social and Digital Toolkits for campaigns, Partner Publishing plans with post cadence, recommendations, tags, and copywriting.
Data Analysis: Utilize an analytical mindset to create recap decks with social media statistics, draw insights, and produce executive summaries that inform future strategies.
Presentation and Communication: Confidently present and communicate marketing strategies and results to clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Remote Collaboration: Thrive in a remote-only work environment, working effectively with team members through digital collaboration tools and participating in bi-annual in-person meetings.
The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of proven marketing experience or similar role, with a focus on social media and digital marketing.
- Well-organized and flexible: willing to tackle essential tasks with a can-do attitude.
- Extensive knowledge of, and experience with, social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Experience working with big brands (or smaller cultural pinnacle brands), translating creative work into executable marketing plans.
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with eCommerce platforms and related digital touchpoints.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in producing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Ability to develop comprehensive marketing toolkits and plans, including content creation and activation strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
- Proactive, can-do attitude and ability to thrive in sprint-like work settings.
- Comfortable with remote-only working and able to meet team needs across different time zones.

Salary: €40k-50k
Location: Remote (Working with a largely Europe-based team)
Contract type: 12 months fixed term (with a probation period), with the option to extend to permanent
