Motion Graphics, Post-Production and Storyboard Artist - Remote
Job Description
COMPANY
Blink Image are a highly respected UK studio creating imagery, animation and interactive assets for projects across the UK.
Currently a high proportion of our work is in the high end Industrial sector, which has taken centre stage as the world goes online. Industrial developments are traditionally seen as neither beautiful nor exciting - it is our role to make industrial business parks look ‘cool,’ exciting, and great place to work.
The success of our approach has seen our work in the sector described as ‘Best in Class.’
High demand for our services means we are now looking for talented artists to help build on our reputation, grow the company and continue pushing the creative envelope.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Images and animation are never simply something rendered by a computer - it takes creative skill to turn them into the strategic visual tools which our clients rely on to meet their real world development objectives.
It is about far more than simply showing what something looks like. Each asset we create needs to tell crucial stories and communicate critical information - the human story behind the scheme, the significance of its location, who it is crafted for, the experience of working or living there, how good a neighbour it will be, its connectivity, its sustainability, why it is the best possible option..
As Video Editing, Post-Production and Storyboard Artist, you will help us craft these stories.
You will be involved throughout the image and animation production processes, from initial storyboarding to timeline development to creation of motion graphics assets and final video editing.
Responsibilities -
You will liaise with property developers and their designers, gaining an understanding of their needs in order to create the storyboards (both image and film) that will help deliver them.
You will work closely with our 3D artists, ensuring your storyboard ideas not only meet client expectations but are realistically aligned with the studio’s capacity and technical capabilities
You will use your skills and experience in motion graphics and visual effects to take our animations to the next level.
You will take onboard client and inhouse feedback in your stride and adapt and update accordingly.
You will work closely with our 3D artists in the creation of our static imagery
