This role requires very specific Project Management experience within a digital media & creative solutions environment, with experience working on FMCG / alcohol brands an advantage.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Account and Project Manager to join us and lead on one of our biggest clients who has a number of partnership projects in both pre and post sale stages.

We are looking for someone to manage the account alongside our Brand Partnership Director on a day to day basis with structure and drive. This person will support on proposals in the pitch phase, as well as leading on the post-sales management of all Brand Partnerships for this client across the Wasted Talent portfolio (The Face, Kerrang!, Mixmag) . There may occasionally be the opportunity to lead on smaller partnership deals across the publications where needed.

This role will see you being responsible for the management and delivery of creative brand solutions that span digital, print, social and video & image production

It’s working for a world-renowned style, culture & music centric business, that includes some of the biggest and most influential editorial platforms in the world.

You will be instrumental in ensuring that all campaigns are operating at a consistent level and delivered to budget. This role is a key interface between external clients and internal departments and suppliers and ensures that projects are briefed, planned and delivered effectively. Not only will you be focussed on scope and client management, it is important that one of your key focusses is on creative integrity and output.

You will be responsible for liaising with the client during the creative process to have each subsequent stage signed off prior to the live date, making sure it goes on time, and within budget. You will work closely with the sales, creative, production & editorial teams to ensure project objectives are realistic and achievable within time frames and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

The main point of contact for the client with the support of the Sales/ Partnerships rep and production team.

Structure the account from a day to day to weekly basis including WIPs, status sheets, consistent client communication across all phases throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage multiple stakeholders on the client side, ensuring you have a bird's eye view of their relevant key comms, approvals and team members, whilst delivering exceptional service for our clients- fast responses, a supportive, consultative manner and a proactive and organised approach.

Responsible for overseeing the flawless delivery of a wide range of branded content campaigns

Managing internal / external resources and production partners in an approachable style, and as a team player, to ensure the scope of work is defined and a detailed delivery plan and budget are satisfactorily provided for these campaigns.

Working closely with our in house creative, production and editorial teams to ensure all stages of production run smoothly and to brief and treatment, managing client feedback and expectations throughout.

Oversight of internal production budgets to drive efficiencies.

Liaising with our inhouse media team and occasionally, external media partners to ensure campaigns are tracked, optimised and reported on efficiently.

Briefing page design and development to our development team, managing this process

Assist in the creation of end of campaign reports

Support on pitches from incoming brief to pitch stage including scoping and timings

Troubleshooting issues and challenges that arise during projects, navigating solutions with clients.

Feeding into new workflows and team processes when necessary
