Midweight Account Manager

We are looking for a Midweight Account Manager to join our team in London.

You will be required to support the founder and creative team to take the lead on managing a variety of projects across brand and digital.

• A Midweight Account Manager with 4- 5 years of hands-on agency experience
• A self-starter who is obsessed with detail
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative team
• A great communicator, both written and verbally
• Comfortable using project management tools
• Able to manage day-to-day project deliverables and requests
• Able to plan, manage and liaise with internal and external resources
• Comfortable managing clients and projects of all sizes
• Able to confidently talk about creative work and rational
• Experienced in managing a mix of brand & digital projects across both B2B and B2C clients.

You will:

• Be the lead contact between clients and the agency
• Build and nurture relationships with client teams and stakeholders
• Take responsibility for managing and driving each project forward
• Impact the work and creative output
• Write briefs, take feedback and relay feedback to creatives
• Review creative and proof work
• Enhance our project management process
• Plan and strategise alongside our founder and senior team
• Confidently make decisions and guide our clients
• Navigate and deal with difficult decisions calmly and confidently
• Manage and guide the agency team, traffic and workload efficiently

Please note, that our studio is on the South Bank, 5mins walk from Waterloo station in Central London, we currently require the team to be in the studio on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The rest of the week is WFH unless you want to come into the studio, of course.
