You’ll need:
- An open, proactive, and positive mindset.
- At least 3 years of experience in brand creation.
- A folio that demonstrates original art direction, and an ability to craft emotionally engaging ideas.
- Great communication skills. You’ll need to articulate your work with fluency and confidence.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of the core creative team.
- Good organisational skills, able to juggle your workload and prioritise across multiple projects.
- To be informed and interested in industry trends, emerging tools and techniques.
- High competency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Additional creative skills in CG, animation, illustration or coding would be an advantage.
- An understanding that design’s not about how something looks, but how it makes us feel.
