Creative Researcher and Treatment Designer

Lucia Garcia Studio is looking for talented treatment designers and creative researchers with experience in the advertising, tv and film industries to join their growing studio. We work with clients internationally on exciting advertising campaigns, film decks and tv show pitches, alongside widely recognised award-winning directors and talent, and collaboratively with some of the biggest and most renown production companies in the world. We work fully remotely, which lets us take on the most incredible and biggest projects, connecting with international talent and A-list directors.

We are looking for someone who is:

-  A strong visual researcher and graphic designer who has had experience in treatments but wants to take it to the next level and increase their workload and become the best at their trade.

- Passionate for bringing ideas to life and communicate through visuals and text.

- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign and Photoshop.

- Experienced with editing software like Adobe Premie to create GIFs for interactive treatments.

- Experience in file sharing tools like Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc.

- Google Slides and Keynote skills desirable but not essential right now.

- Great with typography and has a meticulous eye for detail.

-  Interested in and has good knowledge of film, photography, fashion, music and advertising.

- Able to create engaging layouts, push the design and have fun with the brief given.

- Able to work to tight deadlines and meet last minute client requests.

- Happy working independently and remotely, but also as part of a team.

- Has availability and flexibility to jump on jobs as they come in.

- Registered as freelance or sole trader in the UK with HMRC and responsible for their Self Assessment each year.

Location: Fully remote, UK timezone
