The Role

We are looking for a detail obsessed Project Manager with 2-4 years agency experience to join the team, who is ambitious, driven, collaborative, enthusiastic and keen to help to deliver prestigious and creative global brands in a range of sectors including luxury retail, beauty, hospitality and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the project process, including creating schedules, proposal writing, design briefs and design sign off.
  • Deliver projects with an agreed budget and deadlines from initial proposal to presentation and delivery.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to projects both internally within the studio and externally with the client.
  • Delegate and manage time, provide status updates on project work, managing expectations.
  • Accurate contact/status/meeting reporting with clear project documentation.
  • Nurture and grow client relationships.

  • Experience within an agency environment.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Experience in the creative/design sector.
  • Enthusiastic and positive outlook.
  • Experience in report and proposal writing.
