About The Role

As a Designer you will be responsible for the creation of content in still and animated form for all your allocated clients. You will utilise your current knowledge and skill to work alongside the other members of the Design Team, as well as act as a role model for junior members of the team. You will utilise your current knowledge and skill to work alongside the other members of the Design Team. The day-to-day tasks of this role include the following:

● Creating multiple pieces of content for a variety of clients predominantly in Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects from scratch or as edits to existing raw assets as supplied by clients.

● Managing your own time and resource with regards to daily and weekly design requests, communicating with the Creative Director, Senior Content & Client Manager and COO to ensure work is being delivered to a high standard and on time.

● Leading on creative vision of specific clients, adapting their brand identity to fit with social media content and strategy.

● Working with GH05T-produced video content to add a layer of design work in text, animation or illustration format.

● Working closely with the Senior Designer and Creative Director in order to complete all daily and weekly design requests from various members of the team.

● Leading on visual creative ideas and working with other members of the team to produce original content ideas when called upon.

● Liaising with members of the Client & Content Team and Video Production Team to ensure the content you are creating is optimized for the specific client’s needs and achieves the brief set out by the team member who has briefed you.

This role will be part-time at 4x days per week at £28,000pa pro rata.

About You

We are looking for someone that is personable, has a strong character but practices humility, demonstrates an understanding of client needs but is able to be diplomatic when required. You will be able to:

● Work at speed in order to produce the required amount of work daily and weekly.

● Be proficient in Adobe Software (Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects).

● Knowledge or understanding of Cinema 4D would be a bonus.

● Understand social media content and what it entails in comparison to other digital and non-digital designed media.

● Be able to understand briefs at speed.

● Work individually and as part of a team, leading on certain aspects of resource management within the company.

● Communicate diplomatically and freely with other members of the team in order to create the best work possible for all our clients.

● Have a strong understanding of the English language

● Have extremely good time-management skills and apply these to resource management.
