The Job

Reporting into the Head of Brand Creative this role will be responsible for the design and creation of digital assets, with a primary focus on creating digital marketing emails, and assets to be used on the website and across multiple digital marketing channels in line with the overarching design direction determined by the creative team. The role will support both ecommerce and digital marketing functions where there is a constant need for creative to be art worked. The role will translate the brand vision and commercial opportunities of the business into strong digital assets through a methodical and organised approach, whilst seeking new opportunities and ways to enhance the digital deliverables. Role will sit within creative design team and work collaboratively with the eCommerce & Digital Marketing teams.

The Person

The ideal person for this role will have ideally 1 years’ experience within an art working/graphic design environment and have a natural interest in design and art direction within fashion. You will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure. You should also be able to manage numerous projects simultaneously and be able to reprioritise projects under instruction to meet business needs. You’ll be experienced in producing publication-ready artwork using InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. You will be energetic, social, and a team-player who can establish and build excellent relationships not only within the Creative and Ecommerce team, but also with all other departments that you are working with. You will have a strong eye for detail and are interested in what is culturally relevant in terms of music, art and design.

Key to success in this role will be the ability to prioritise your time well to ensure you are consistently meeting deadlines. Your portfolio will show clear examples of graphic design exhibiting working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

The Detail

The key responsibilities of this role are:

• Creating and delivering multiple marketing emails on weekly basis across key global markets

• Working closely with email and CRM team on automated email designs, and editing email templates where required

• Creating digital advertising assets (including affiliate banners, display banners, and social assets)

• Designing weekly website layouts for key landing pages, creating new assets as required.

• Designing Discover article layouts (informational and editorial content) to further support key commercial opportunities and new product launches.

• Participation in creative meetings to ensure artwork is fully compliant with the brand guidelines and creative vision.

• Actively contributing toward optimising ways of working within digital artwork production.

• Ensuring all work is completed within a timely manner whilst working with the creative team on sign-off procedures.

About You...

• Portfolio of graphic design.

• Proficient in Acrobat Suite, Indesign, Photoshop and Illustator

• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (ideally in relation to Email Design) preferred.

• Working knowledge of JavaScript, desirable but not essential.

• Working knowledge of Sketch ideal

• Experienced in creating basic animations/GIFs.

• Excellent typographic skills.

• Strong eye for detail and consistency.

• A positive “can-do” attitude.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
