What’s it all about?

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented junior to join our integrated, creative design and studio team. If you’re passionate about your craft, ever curious about the industry and keen to push your creativity, all whilst becoming a technical wizard, take your first steps into the world of work and join us!

You will be involved in client projects from day one, as well as helping with TMW internal projects and initiatives. As a Junior Creative, you’ll work closely with our team of multi-disciplinary designers, artworkers, art directors and copywriters to learn, grow and produce work that is the best it can be.

The Design & Studio department comprises of 9 designers and 3 artworkers with a good mix of levels, expertise and backgrounds. We all work across the whole portfolio of clients in diverse channels and media. We collaborate, challenge and support each other. We’ll aim to give you as much freedom as possible, while always championing your learning and development.

Requirements

What we’d like to see from you

Any experience working in an agency will be welcome but this opportunity is open to entry level candidates too.

A varied portfolio showcasing your design capabilities and technical thought process, this can be on actual client work or personal projects. We'd like to see how you handle brands across different media such as social, digital and print.

Good understanding of Adobe CC (Ps, Ai, Id at least, Ae as a basic user as a minimum).

Good time management is needed. You should have the ability to deliver work within the timeframe required. We’ll help you with this at the beginning ;)

You’re able to take direction, but you can also bring your own flair to go wild and take scamps to the next level. To have that creative vision and drive to push things further than the expected.

A proven ‘can-do’ attitude with calmness under pressure will be needed.

You have a good sense of humour and a positive outlook towards change.

You have an inclusive, modern view on local culture and the wider world.

The ever-changing, ever-adapting way of our industry means we’re always looking to bring new and varied skills to the team. Nowadays, a flair for animation and/or an interest in 3D would be a plus. Welcome are also more crafty skills like lettering, paper art, photography, etc. so bring your passions with your CV!
