Salary: £31,293 - £36,774 per annum

Fixed Term Contract: 01 August – 13 October 2023

We are seeking a Studio Coordinator to work with the Studio Manager on the provision of all marketing services requirements across the BFI London Film Festival, ensuring best value to quality ratio and timely delivery of marketing outputs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To manage the workflow of LFF design projects, with the Studio Manager, according to the design schedule.
  • To work with the BFI’s roster of suppliers, ensuring best value and quality.
  • To liaise with external suppliers, including obtaining proposals and quotations.
  • To work with the Festivals Marketing Manager and the Editor of the LFF brochure on the production of the LFF brochure.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Demonstrable experience in print / design / production management or marketing account handling.
  • An excellent knowledge of a good range of marketing methods.
  • Knowledge of print production processes.
  • Excellent project management experience.
