Creative (Midweight)
Job Description
OVERVIEW:
As Chapel’s Creative (Midweight), you will play a key role in delivering a range of projects across both print and digital channels. You’ll be expected to concept and execute original designs that align with our ethos of pushing creative boundaries while effectively communicating our clients’ values.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and contribute to the design of digital and print assets, from ideation to delivery.
- Develop branding, social content, event collateral, and motion graphics.
- Conduct research to inspire and inform creative production.
- Ensure adherence to brand values, purpose, and guidelines.
- Take ownership of delivering high-quality work on time.
- Create artistic treatments and visual concepts as required.
- Collaborate on pitch presentations and contribute to creative strategy.
- Build and maintain a network of contemporary collaborators.
- Work collaboratively with the wider creative team and cross-functional teams.
- Actively contribute to Chapel’s creative progression and innovation.
MAIN SKILLS:
- Strong design expertise with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects), Figma, and presentation tools like Keynote.
- Passion for art, culture, and emerging creative movements.
- Confidence in presenting ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A proactive mindset and a team-focused approach.
This will be a 12-Month Fixed-Term Contractm with a review at 9 months.
