Role: Junior Graphic Designer

Range Left is an award winning design agency set up in 2019 based in Highbury Fields, London. Our young and highly experienced company is looking for an exceptional Junior Graphic Designer with a strong sense of style to join our small team working in our newly refurbished London studio.
We’re looking for a designer who is interested in building strong and striking visual identities and developing their skill set in ideation and delivery.
We work across diverse sectors and with a mix of companies at all stages of growth primarily on brand design and delivery, including property, finance, entertainment, culture, fashion and homeware.
This position within our team plays a key role in the success of our work. We’re a small and collaborative team and this role will be a good fit for someone who thrives working both collaboratively and individually from idea generation through to design development, formatting and delivery.
Our team has strong technical skills, an ability to problem solve and think strategically and we use various software to bring ideas to fruition, including Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects and Figma, though all our designs should begin with the essential skill of using a pencil, paper and discussion.
Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree
- 1 year’s experience within a design studio or equivalent internships
Essentials:
- Fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite
- A keen interest in typography
- Keen to learn and explore, with strong sense of responsibility and impeccable attention to detail
- Have the ability to sketch out ideas initially to convey your idea effectively
- Able to approach every task creatively from an original idea
- Professional and proactive work ethics
- Outstanding organisational skills & ability to multi task and prioritise.
- Able to talk with both clients and suppliers
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Knowledge and skills in the following are desirable:
- Figma, AfterEffects, Cinema 4D, HTML & CSS
- All Social Media platforms

Our agency is run by our design director who has been in the industry for 30 years, so you will gain a great deal of experience from the outset. You’ll also be trusted to take ownership of your work and will be given significant responsibilities from day one.
