Who you are

We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager with bags of potential who is looking to push themselves and take that next big opportunity. You are someone that has a great breadth of knowledge and experience across the marketing mix.

You are great team player, able to act as a key point of contact between the client, and the creative team. Working closely with art directors, designers and copywriters as well as third parties to ensure projects are executed professionally, on time, on budget and most importantly to client expectation. You are a proactive go getter, with the ability to think ahead and plan accordingly, solving problems before they arise.

It is vital that you keep a cool head under pressure and never let your eye for detail and quality slip. A great communicator, you actively enjoy being part of close knit team and are seen as trusted support and sounding board for the Account Director.

What you need:

• Strong organisational and time management/prioritisation skills

• Able to effectively manage relationships while delivering projects to the highest standard

• Flexible and remains calm under pressure

• Strong communicator – able to work with people at all levels outside and within the organisation

• Understanding of current marketing landscape

• Commercially aware

• Proficient in office 365, Teams, Zoom Adobe Acrobat. Competency in project management tools

• 2 years’ experience in an Account Management role and looking to progress to Senior Account Manager within 12-18 mths

• Specifically, experience of managing video production projects and large-scale campaign asset production

• Familiarity with multi-lingual requirements

• Educated to degree level or equivalent

Your responsibilities:

• Working with 2 different Account Directors and sharing responsibility for the day-to-day contact and management of 2 of the agency’s key accounts. (Financial Services & Public Sector)

• Build and nurture strong client relationships and look for areas of development

• Prepare and manage client briefs from the client and organise and run internal briefing and debriefing sessions

• Proactive scheduling of creative resource to ensure all key milestones are hit

• Have creative input into projects to ensure they are in line with the requirements outlined by the client

• Responsible for quality control of all projects and manage any changes required before sharing with the client

• Supporting AD in preparation and presentation of proposals

• Schedule client meetings and support AD with setting the agenda, hosting the meeting when required, taking minutes of the discussion and following up with action points

• Create project timelines and cost estimates in line with client budgets and account profitability

• Administrative tasks relating to cost management and creating and submitting estimates, POs and invoices

• Maintain the WIP and status reports and cost trackers

The role:

• £37k starting base salary (plus performance based incentive scheme)

• 25 days holiday exc public holidays

The schedule:

• Full-time, Permanent

• Monday to Friday working week

• Option to partly work remotely
