We are excited to be expanding our sales & marketing team and are looking for a New Business Manager to join our studio in London

Working closely with our Head of Growth, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for the studio. Accountable for hitting sales KPIs, this role combines strategic thinking with relationship building, working to expand our current client base (including the likes of IBM, Mercedes and Sky) to ensure the studio's growth and success in a competitive creative market.

As New Business Manager, you will be responsible for lead generation and conversion, creating campaigns to target key sectors, and establishing and nurturing relationships with prospective clients through cold outreach, networking and strategic partnerships. You will also own the strategy, design and write support content for mass and targeted outreach and manage the data, reporting and analysis.

Desired Skills and Experince

We are looking for an intelligent, conscientious and creative individual with a proven track record of generating leads and excellent written and communication skills.

Experienced at working independently and collaboratively, we want someone eager to engage and contribute to a fast-paced creative studio. You’ll understand the creative services industry and have a genuine interest in CGI and motion design production.

We seek someone who is a self starter, highly proficient in building relationships and rapport with cold leads, and passionate about innovation to brainstorm new conversion strategies. Impactful copywriting skills are needed in creating support proposals and presentations, packaging our work and offer in the most compelling way.

As for tech skills, you’ll need to be Mac-literate and experienced with Google Workspace. Knowledge of CRM systems, InDesign, Premiere Pro and Photoshop is preferable, and familiarity with Pipedrive, Mailchimp, Force 24/Hubspot is essential.
