OMRE, meaning "lifespan" in Farsi, was founded with the mission to develop supplements that truly make a difference in health and longevity. Led by our CEO, a former medical doctor with six years of clinical experience, OMRE was born from the realization that many of the conditions treated in modern healthcare are preventable and linked to aging and lifestyle factors.
Inspired by cutting-edge aging science and natural agents shown to slow or reverse the hallmarks of aging, OMRE is committed to creating products with a real purpose-helping people live longer, healthier lives. Since our launch just over two years ago, OMRE has experienced rapid growth and now sells its products globally, with the USA as our primary market. We are looking to appoint our founding marketing team to help drive the next stage of our journey.

Team Structure & What’s Ahead
You’ll be joining OMRE at a pivotal moment of growth. You’ll work closely with the CEO, Head of Brand and Creative, Acquisition Lead, and CRM Manager. We're using a co-working space in Old Street, London with our own dedicated office-where you'll have direct access to leadership and the opportunity to shape the visual identity of our brand touchpoints from the inside out.
On the brand side, OMRE is currently undergoing a comprehensive brand refresh and we're also deep into R&D for several new product formulations under the OMRE brand.

About the Role
This is a rare chance to join OMRE at a defining moment in our journey, and to help shape what the brand becomes. As our Creative Designer, you won’t just be designing assets. You’ll be building the creative foundation of a brand that’s setting out to redefine longevity and wellness.
You’ll work side by side with the Head of Brand & Creative, shaping how OMRE looks, feels, and shows up across every touchpoint, from CRM campaigns and organic social to digital experiences. This role is about more than execution: it’s about collaboration, pushing ideas further, and crafting a visual design system that can scale with us globally.
We’re looking for someone who loves the detail of design as much as the bigger picture. Someone who can move quickly in a startup environment, but always with a premium, meticulous standard. What You’ll Do
This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who’s ready to help build a visual brand from the ground up - shaping how OMRE shows up across every visual touchpoint, from digital, to CRM, organic and paid social.
Art Direction & Design Systems: Build and maintain cohesive visual design systems that scales across all digital touchpoints; organic content, CRM, organic and paid social.
Campaign Concept Development: Collaborate with Head of Brand & Creative in the conceptual development of marketing campaigns that resonate with our target demographic and reinforce our brand values.
Brand Guidelines: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines as we scale, ensuring they’re clear and actionable for internal and external teams
Innovation & AI in Design: Proactively explore and implement AI-powered creative tools to streamline workflows, increase scalability, and enhance the quality and speed of design output.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with CRM, acquisition, and product teams to translate briefs into compelling design that elevates the brand and drives results.
Creative QA: Review internal and external work to ensure flawless execution and adherence to brand standards..

What You Bring
Proven experience in digital design, branding, or art direction for consumer brands (DTC/eCommerce a big plus).
Creative Portfolio - that shows both system-level thinking - you can zoom out to see the whole brand and zoom in to spot the details others miss.
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite / Figma - Able to produce modern design workflows with an excitement to experiment with new tools that push your work further.
Confidence in harnessing AI tools - using a.i tools and platforms to scale output and unlock more ambitious ideas.
Proactive and collaborative by nature - you take ownership, bring fresh ideas, and thrive on building with others in a fast-moving startup.
Creative Ownership - The ability to own briefs end-to-end, balancing multiple deliverables without losing sight of the creative vision.
