Graphic Designer, based in central London at Lexington Head office
(Site-based, a minimum of 3 days per week)
Salary - £33,000-£35,000 dependent on experience + Travel Card Zone 1 - 2 + benefits
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and proactive Graphic Designer to join the buzzing Lexington Sales team and lead the creation of tenders and presentations for future opportunities. Assisting the marketing team with campaign materials, collateral and branding identities as well as designing companywide communications. Driving innovation throughout the company ensuring Lexington are rivalling their competitors on creativity and eye-catching design.
Take control of projects across print and digital material including presentations, tender documents, adverts, mailers, marketing collateral
Developing and designing procedures to help Bid Manager and wider Sales Team to work effectively
Work closely with Marketing team to make sure we are consistent and thorough in our design approach
Create marketing and branding for new opportunities
Driving innovation for print and digital material throughout Lexington for internal and external communications
Awareness of the latest design trends
Sales:
Create high quality tenders and presentations to tight deadlines
Oversee all creative material that will be used in presentations
Ensure Lexington are incorporating market leading document design and production throughout the process
Marketing:
Create marketing templates for ongoing requirements
Build digital, creative menus for sites and the marketing team
Lexington design:
Work on Lexington own brands such. Make sure all teams apply the Lexington brand guidelines in the correct way throughout the business
Keep on top of all internal communications and use the correct branding
Working Pattern:
40 Hours, Mon- Fri (flexible as role demands)
Skills and Experience
Experience:
- Experience in Graphic Design, Adobe Creative Cloud efficient
- Including high level skills in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Able to use MailChimp
- Able to understand and liaise with printers
Knowledge:
- Degree standard of education or relevant experience
- Able to present ideas to people in the company
- Knowledge of design, food styles and marketing campaigns
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects to successful completion
- Up to date on the latest design trends
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite software (Especially InDesign)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Organisation skills
- Use your initiative
- Able to prioritise
