We are an independent, Shoreditch-based creative company specialising in creative, design, experience and strategy and we are on the lookout for a Production Assistant to join our team.

THE ROLE:

A key role in the production team, supporting on the account for a London running club as well as other projects, you will be comfortable in managing day to day requests and splitting your time between desk-based working and location work. We’re looking for someone with a personal passion for sport & culture, bringing innovative ideas to the project that align with running and cultural trends in London and beyond. You would be joining a medium-sized team in a fast paced, exciting and creative environment, working closely with a wider team.

RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE:

  • Support across all production on the account, it will be your responsibility to ensure tasks are completed within given timelines.
  • Completing day to day tasks on the project, maintaining the high standards expected from our clients.
  • Balancing your time - with a lot of time spent away from the desk.
  • Responsible for organising resource internally and being part of logistical planning.
  • Feeding into status reporting internally and externally.
  • Generating new ideas to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Managing workload, calling out for support when necessary.
  • Ensuring stock is securely managed.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of mixed disciplines to build and challenge ideas and executions.
  • Overseeing production elements, supporting at events where necessary.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE/BE:

  • Over 21 years of age with a Full UK drivers license
  • Comfortable driving a van in Central London
  • Interest in sport & culture
  • A wider interest in culture outside of work - bringing in new perspectives
  • Extremely Organised and methodical with high attention to detail
  • Working occasional unsociable hours in the week
  • Good Knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
