The role

We’re looking for a great designer who can creatively interpret sometimes complex information, to create visually impactful and engaging presentations that are clear and effective and tell a compelling story.

You’ll be called upon for creative solutions working closely with the design team and the marketing team. The majority of your work will be designing work to help us win great new clients and exciting new client proposals. We’re looking for someone that is collaborative. Someone that puts their hand up and is happy to present to their peers and clients.

Key Skills and Qualities

Passion for design. 
A cracking portfolio of presentation work and crafted design. Work demonstrates ability to experiment, develop and resolve creative challenges. Strong layout skills and an understanding of typography. A real eye for the details.

Art Director in the making.
 You know how to tell a story through imagery. Simple, clean and authentic eye for what looks good.

People person. 
Comfortable working as a team and taking part in workshops and client meetings. Able to flex and work within any industry, with any type of client.

Information's Beautiful. 
The ability to communicate information and data effectively with the use of infographics, animation, builds, as well as the creation of easy to understand charts, graphs and diagrams.

Independent thinker. 
Constantly curious and able to challenge a brief with new thinking and progressive ideas. Manage time effectively and working quickly and effectively to meet deadlines

Technical toolkit. 
Strong in Keynote and PPT. Good core Adobe suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with the ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Championing our creative philosophy. Generating brave creative ideas with strong conceptual insight.

Brand guardian. 
Champion our evolved MSL brand, establishing our style and maintaining our templates.

Creative flair. 
Able to think on your feet and create new and appropriate layouts for new client opportunities, interpretting client guidelines to create great presentations that are on brand but also look great

Taking ownership over projects. 
Hitting deadlines, collaborating with wider project teams, Working with the Marketing team, Designers and Client Services to ensure that all branded presentations are created to the highest standard

Actively contribute to MSL culture and values. Live our values and take initiative to do.
