Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Art Director/Designer to lead the creative direction and visual storytelling for our spirits brands. As a key member of our marketing and creative team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the various brand's identities and elevating our presence in the market through innovative design solutions and strategic artistic direction.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of creative concepts and visual strategies that align with the brand's positioning and marketing objectives.
Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, from concept ideation and design to production and implementation across various channels and touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and external agencies, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment with campaign objectives.
Translate brand values and storytelling into compelling visual narratives that resonate with our target audience and differentiate our brand in the competitive spirits market.
Direct photo and video shoots, guiding the creative direction and ensuring alignment with brand standards and visual identity.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts, integrating relevant insights into creative concepts and design strategies.
Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all creative assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Art Director or Creative Lead in the spirits or drinks industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence and strategic thinking.
Expertise in graphic design principles, typography, layout, and visual storytelling, with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading creative teams and directing collaborative projects from concept to execution.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strategic mindset with a keen understanding of brand strategy, consumer behaviour, and market dynamics in the spirits industry.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think conceptually and strategically about design solutions and brand experiences.
