Job Description

Account Executive (from £23,500 to £25,000 depending on experience)

Do you have an interest in design and the design industry?

Would you like to work with a team of doers and rolling-up-the-sleevers?

If you’re as confident as you are kind and have a positive ‘no job too small’ attitude, we could be the perfect match.

You’ll ideally have at least one year at a creative agency, be eager to learn, to progress and become a fundamental part of the 400 team and culture. Project Management methodology and design process knowledge would be a real win too.

About you:

  • You have strong administration and organisation skills. We’re after someone who finds filing structures and Excel sheets exciting, and who will embrace getting everyone organised.
  • You care about fine details and making sure that every ‘i’ is dotted and every ‘t’ crossed.
  • You’re a positive, can-do problem solver who will work with the studio, our suppliers and clients to find solutions and get the job done.
  • You’re a good writer who understands the importance of how we come across and takes care in how you sound in all communications.
  • You use Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint and are comfortable working on a Mac.
  • You’re respectful and empathetic in your approach, you treat others the way you’d like to be treated and share our dedication to helping each other and making work a pleasant place to be.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Support our designers and client management team.
  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the studio, project planning, resourcing and scheduling to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Actively track projects and be aware of project/client status.
  • Be client-facing, taking care of pre- and post-meeting management, aligning calendars, sending agendas and follow-ups.
  • Manage client requests, clearly capture feedback and make sure it’s briefed and met by the creative team.

What we’ll offer:

  • Flexible WFH policy (the ability to work from home and/or our London office)
  • Training and development opportunities
  • Rewarding work and the scope to grow creatively and professionally
  • You'll be working with a lovely team and overseeing projects for great clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who has proven experience and the right personality to work within our team.

We look forward to hearing from you.
