Acrylicize is a multidisciplinary studio made up of artists, designers, creatives, and makers. We create and curate bespoke artworks, installations, and schemes for our clients using art as a vehicle for storytelling and brand expression. Our clients are a mix of the world's leading developers, brands, architects and designers.

As a New Business Coordinator you will make a key contribution to our Business Development Team, identifying and researching new sales leads and potential new markets, ultimately contributing to the overall growth of the studio.

You will be…

  • Researching new potential projects/sectors in both UK + USA
  • Ensuring the CRM system (Hubspot) is kept up to date with the right information
  • Growing your network on LinkedIn, connecting and reaching out to the right people
  • Developing new business proposals in InDesign working across the different teams (creative, production/project management and marketing) to help pull them together
  • Working closely with Head of New Business + CEO to contribute to the overall commercial strategy for the studio
  • Planning and overseeing marketing initiatives related to the sales strategy
  • Contacting potential clients to build rapport and set up introductory meetings
  • Attending client meetings, industry and networking events

You must have…

  • A LinkedIn account and knowledge of how to use it
  • The ability to connect to a wide range of people across every walk of life
  • Confidence in public speaking
  • Be passionate about art and design
  • The ability to think strategically and in a commercial manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player attitude
  • Knowledge of InDesign would be advantageous

A bit about our benefits…

  • Hybrid working, working from the office Tuesday - Thursday with Monday and Friday remote
  • Can take half a day per month to do ‘creative cuisine’ this could be anything from developing yourself creatively, going to new art exhibitions or volunteering
