Graduate Marketing Designer - Residently
We’re Residently, an early stage, rapidly scaling start-up on a mission to empower renters to thrive in their homes. Removing hassle from the rental process and replacing it with a refreshingly easy and rewarding experience, from start to finish.
We have recently completed a brand refresh in partnership with Shop Talk London - our new brand is a visually exciting, lifestyle brand that reflects the modern young professional renters who use Residently. We have not yet launched our new brand externally, the Brand Designer will be key to helping us do this.
Founded by serial entrepreneur Tom Allason, Residently has a diverse leadership team with an extended family of renowned VC’s including AO Proptech, Felix Capital and LocalGlobe.
We’re looking for a talented Marketing Designer to help push our new brand forwards across all channels and communications:
As the Marketing Designer at Residently you will deliver creative design that is fully in line with our new brand guidelines and visual tone. You’ll be working on a diverse range of projects across digital and print, closely partnering with our teams to develop engaging collateral and memorable campaigns. You’ll need to be self-motivated and a genuine team player, willing to get stuck in, with a hands-on and positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute high quality campaigns across:
- Email comms,
- Website (built in Webflow),
- Social media (Images, Gifs and Video/motion graphics),
- Paid for display formats,
- Website landing pages,
- White papers, brochures and other printed collateral
- Events collateral, posters and pitch decks
Maintain brand consistency and elevate the visual identity across all communications
Be actively involved in briefing additional design talent as may be required from time to time, including illustrators, animators, videographers and photographer and design agencies.
We’d like you to have:
- A strong online portfolio showing a range of projects including branding and identity, marketing collateral, websites
- Have a degree in Graphic Design and be familiar with design software including Adobe, FIGMA.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking, with a knack for visual storytelling
- Experience of relevant design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote, Figma, G Suite)
- The ability to translate project requirements into exciting designs
- Some experience with Marketing platforms (ie. Mailchimp, Hubspot)
- An understanding of HTML and CSS
- Some experience of building websites using CMS platforms (Webflow)
- Experience with creating data graphics is a plus!
- Animation and motion graphics is a plus!
