The Role

We are looking for an experienced Mid-Weight Designer to work on a variety of projects, working closely with the Creative Director, Strategy and Account Management teams to confidently conceive, create, present and execute ideas.

Responsibilities

Creative Output: Working as the lead Designer on several projects, whilst also supporting on others, to confidently deliver the creation and development of brand identities.

Conceiving and visualising original concepts across various touchpoints, including print and digital communications, environments, film and animation. The final output will be sophisticated, crafted and original throughout with guidance from the Creative Director.

Content & Art Direction: Supporting the creative planning process on projects for both film and photography content, sourcing world-class creatives.

Presenting: Confidently and clearly order creative decks to present to clients in a strategic manner, alongside the Creative Director.

Leadership: Supporting Junior Designers across large-scale projects with multiple deliverables. Conceiving solutions when necessary and offering knowledge throughout.

Collaboration: Communicate effectively with our internal teams and enjoy collaborating.

Your Capabilities

Creativity: Interested in solving complex brand and visual identity systems.

Passion for crafting monograms, lettering and typography.

Technical: Expertise in Adobe CC (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.

Some knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Glyphs is advantageous.

Skills in identity design, editorial and publishing.

Experience working with Canva, Miro, Keynote.

What we’re looking for

Minimum of 4 years experience in the creative industries (hospitality and luxury brands preferred)

Multi-disciplinary experience; designing for print, digital, 3D environments and advertising campaigns.

Fitzrovia, London (4 days in the office, Fridays remote working)
