Job Description

We’re on the hunt for a hard-working Senior Videographer to join our creative team. The work is exciting and varied, so we’re looking for someone who is willing to try new things, get stuck in, and can consistently produce high quality work that will stand out.

You will be part of the team responsible for taking social video content to the next level by bringing flair, creativity and proactivity to the offering. We’d like someone with a drive to succeed and desire to improve, continually developing and enhancing the quality of our work.

In post-production you will be editing from feature film, console game source materials and filmed footage, responsible for working on both short and long form video content, creating exciting and engaging edits of the highest quality for use across social media and the digital space to the correct technical specification.

As the most experienced editor in our team, you will be the source of expertise for video and audio editing within our studio and be able to guide and train other members of the team. You will provide quality assurance for the video output of the studio.

The chosen candidate will be a creative individual with a skill for visual storytelling, able to construct a narrative primed for user consumption and engagement.

Filming requirements can range from co-ordinated experiential event capturing, influencer activations in foreign countries to near-real time red carpet content for social distribution. A knowledge of applicable cameras, lighting and sound equipment will therefore be a must. We predict this role to be a 25/75% mix of filming and editing in favour of editing.

This is a client-facing role and so the ability to build and maintain relationships will be key. As will be communicating between different departments and line managers internally.

Attitude is incredibly important to us. We want candidates who are team players, hungry to learn and aren’t afraid of a challenge.
