Seniors are independently proactive, they work closely with the design team but can manage their own time. They have gained a deeper understanding of the creative process, and are developing their skills around the work. They can follow a direction, and are developing their ability to self-edit and construct logic in order to share honed thinking with the rest of the team.

  • Has an understanding of the agency process and helps other departments during the journey of a project.
  • Strong knowledge of the production process, and their role in it.
  • Actively seeks problems to solve in our partners business, or proactively extends campaigns.
