Job Description

Role will include but not exclusive to following duties:

- Assisting and enabling the efficient and fluid running of Departments on a day to day basis reporting to Casting Director and Or Producer to work on general tasks between the Casting & Production departments

- Create bespoke PDF’S & keynote presentations showing creative research for pitch/briefs /marketing

- Responsible for Casting and Production Kit (packing & unpacking kit, replenishing items, sourcing location specific items, general tidying & organisation)

- Manage and create PDF’S for Client Castings/Events/Locations/Productions

- Calling in Models and street cast models for small to very large Castings

- Organising computer-based systems, storing paperwork, documents and information

- Co-ordinate and manage Department Diaries w/ prompter/reminders to line managers

- Answering phones and being the first point of contact

- Ordering couriers/cabs

- Maintain server image archive for all work and updating the content of the website/Instagram

- Maintain the Content of social media sites with a proactive knowledge and use of social media including upcoming trends

Key Skills - Applicants must:

- be confident when dealing with the general public, work colleagues and clients

- Be social media savvy and bring new ideas to how this is curated

- have a good telephone manor

- have excellent communications skills – written and verbal

- have excellent organisational skills and be able to multi-task, with a high attention to detail

- be able to handle high pressure situations and work to short deadlines with good time-management skills

- be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, InDesign, Photoshop and Keynote.

It is desirable:

- To have an instinctive passion and understanding of historical and current visual output and general cultural awareness ‘who/what is new out there’.

‘What’s new’ Knowledge could include fashion, photography, directors, art, sculpture, film, music, entertainers, location spaces.

£21,000 p/a pro rata

9.30 – 6pm

Monday – Friday plus some weekends if on set for Production

Flexible working 1 day a week from home
